Mr. P's advice was for Junior to leave the reservation. He said that if Junior got away from the reservation, he would have a better life. That the reservation was holding Junior back. Mr. P said that people lose hope when they are living on the reservation. He thinks that Junior has a lot of potential, so he doesn't want him to waste it.
